Trial access is provided so you can evaluate Provixchat before committing to a paid plan. Paid subscriptions begin only after successful payment or approved manual payment review.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be reviewed for duplicate charges, accidental payments, failed provisioning, or billing errors. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
We may decline refund requests for used subscription periods, completed manual payment approvals, account misuse, plan downgrades after active use, or requests made after a reasonable review window.
4. Manual Payments
Manual bank or crypto payments are reviewed before activation. If a submitted payment cannot be verified, we may reject the proof and ask you to resubmit accurate payment details.
5. Failed Or Cancelled Payments
Failed, cancelled, or abandoned payments do not activate a subscription. You may retry checkout with the same or another available payment method.
